ACCESS Allegany Call Center
If you are a new rider or will be taking the bus to an unfamiliar place, you should get information about schedule times, locations and fares before you begin your ACCESS Allegany trip. That's where our ACCESS Allegany Call Center comes in.
The ACCESS Allegany Call Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. The call center can provide information on:
- which bus to catch
- where to board your bus
- which stop is closest to your destination
- fares and costs
- Non-Emergency Medicaid Transportation
In addition, the Call Center can mail you schedules or brochures which provide an overview of our service.
When you call, have paper and pen handy to write information down and be prepared to give the telephone operator:
- address or intersection you are at
- address or nearest intersection you want to go to
- time that you would like to travel
