I used to call the Call Center to make my medical appointments but sometimes I forgot to call in appointments or to confirm and they would get canceled. Now I just make my appointments around the bus schedule instead of calling in the Call Center. It only cost me $.50 to ride the bus and after my appointments I can do whatever I want instead of waiting at the doctors for my ride home. The bus takes longer but not dealing with calling in and confirming appointments is worth it.
Access Allegany has been working to improve transit service to the people of Allegany County since 2007. Our service area includes most of the communities in Allegany County. With bus routes connecting townships across the region, which go to just about every major employment center, shopping area, and healthcare facility in the county. Our service is safe, efficient and reliable; our employees are professional and friendly; and, our equipment is modern, clean and comfortable.
